GAIT: Project born with the mission of increasing the impact and sustainability of intentional changes in organizations and other socio-economic-ecological systems, while reducing the pain that provoke and suffer those who promote them.
Project that after a careful and long period of gestation by its creator: Eugenio Moliní, Consultant in development of organizations and systems from 1991, starts in 2013, Year in which I join.
This project is developed with two lines of action:
1. Training in the walking gait to those who want to become agents of transformation, offering the program TRAIN in GAIT training and workshops.
2. Promotion of emergency of Trojan communities for mutual support between processing agents.
