BREAKFAST OF CHANGE: Breakfast of change is a project that I co-promote with Teresa Oliver, founder of Skok, my closest collaborator for issues of Agilismo.Todo came from the desire to bring to our hometown (Zaragoza) those initiatives, knowledge and more innovative and useful ideas, which apply to organizations, of which we ourselves are nurtured and which we discover in our professional journeys “all over the world”.
Bring fresh air to Zaragoza, in addition to the Cierzo:) It is a series of sporadic encounters in the key of informal breakfast to which we invite a few people, within organizations, which we identify as restless and with that “spark” and desire to contribute and advance the organizations in which they are working.
These breakfasts composed of coffee and something to eat are accompanied by the presence of a “wise” person, professionals, entrepreneurs or directives out of Zaragoza / Spain that are making interesting works and innovating in terms of organizational aspects so that they share new perspectives, tools, experiences, ideas … and that we usually document thanks to the collaboration of an excellent Graphic Recorder: Fernando Abadía.
It is about reduced meetings because the intention is to create a kind of “tribe” in Zaragoza interested in these issues. A “tribe” in which unexpected things can happen …
